Our HQ is available for hire but only for Scouting and Girlguiding activities and so we regret that we are unable to hire the building for private functions.
You can hire just the large Main hall or the smaller Den meeting room or the whole HQ for the day or overnight.
The building and facilities are ideal for Pack holidays and the field adjacent can be used for camps. With Denmead village centre only a short walk from the HQ, you’ll be able to access local shops an amenities such as; a good sized Co-op, Boots pharmacy, cash machines, local run bakery, takeaways including our highly recommended Fish ‘n’ Chips, newsagent, hardware store and the odd pub or two.

To view the availability and then hire, go to our online booking system page and select either “Main Hall” or “The Den” or “Day booking for the entire building” or “Entire building overnight”.
Please note that to make a booking, you may need to create an login account for the booking system (OSM).
To use the adjacent field outside the HQ, known as “Kidmore Field”, you must go to this Denmead Parish Council page and complete their Event Questionnaire.
