Network cooking competition

Last weekend, our Explorer Scouts entered a cooking competition devised by the local Scout Network organisation. This was masterminded by Richard Smith from Network and held at DSG HQ. Six teams from the District competed, with Network and Explorers taking part. Much banter was had by our Explorers devising the menu but in the end our team decided they would cook the following: Starters: risotto rice balls; Main course: spaghetti and meatballs; Dessert: pancakes with fruit coulis and cream – all made from scratch! Needless to say they had a great time and although we did not come first, a lot of eating was done! The first photo shows our team L to R: Molly, Michael, Ethan and Toby. Well done guys!
