Travel arrangements

We will be travelling to and from the camp by coach. Pick up will be at 11am on sunday 10th August at Johnsons controls car park in water berry drive near the swimming pool and opposite little acorns nursery and we will be returning to the same place on Saturday 16th at approx. 1.30pm. They will need a packed lunch for the saturday. If your child gets travel sickness please make sure that he/she has had a pill before they leave on the Sunday and provide another one for the return journey.

We will be supplying all the tents.

I would like all our Cubs, Scouts and Explorers to have Denmead Teeshirt to wear. These are available to buy at a cost of £6. Ask your child’s leader.

I need to send off permission to camp forms to the organisers of the camp by the end of July. Can you please download this form on the H0014 page and complete it and hand in to your childs leader before the end of term.

Can you please let me know if there are any food allergies that I need to know about in advance (nuts, wheat, vegetarian etc) so that we can plan our menus
