Awesome Egyptians

More sun in the desert! We started by worshipping the Cat God Bastet

We got tattoos, made scarab beetles, designed sand dough cartouches and made mini mummies

The cooks made some authentic Egyptian bread flavoured with cinnamon raisins honey and herbs (yes all together!)

After lunch the Cubs tried a variety of challenges:

Wrapping a mummy

Found jewels in canopic jars

Moved a sarcophagus using poles 

Translated ancient equation writing
