Each year we are required to hold an Annual General Meeting to report our activities and status for the year to the Scout Association, Group Members and Parents. This consists of reports from the GSL, Chairman, Treasurer and reports from each of the sections.  The accounts are audited by an independent qualified accountant.

Each year at the AGM, the elected officers must resign and be re-elected by vote or new officers voted in. Please see our latest AGM Minutes: AGM 2015_2 Minutes.  These Minutes include the annual reports for each Section within the Group so you can see what they have been doing over the year and how we are spending the income generated by our Group. Although we include reports for each section, with our new approach to blogging we aim to keep you in touch rather more often than annually!

We also hold a monthly Executive Committee Meeting to control the running of the Group, with a strong focus on our financial situation and projects underway. See the latest Minutes here:
